The Habits Game is a competition where YOU get to write the rules! Players set their own personal daily targets for 7 different categories and then check the targets off as they knock them out and crush their day (go you! π―). Players compete in teams of two to see which team can tally up the most points over a 2 week stretch! π
Decide
Choose Your Own Rules for The 7 Categories Of The Game.
1. π Sleep - Typically people pick an βin bedβ time and an βout of bedβ time as the target.2. π― Planning your day - Some people like to use a paper planner, some people just like to set a timer β and look at their schedule. Itβs up to you!3. π Main Priority - For this category, youβre devoting up to 100 minutes on some project or piece of work. This can be something for your main job, like studying new research π§π»π , or maybe a side hustle or side project, like writing a book! π You can of course spend more than 100 minutes on this per day but you only get scored for the first 100 minutes!4. πͺπΎ Exercise - Want to hit the gym more often? Or start a running habit? ππ»βοΈ This is the way to do it! Make this work for you and remember to start small if you need to! π’ > π5. π₯ Nutrition - Some people aim for βone salad a dayβ, others set a calorie max, itβs up to you how you want to be good to your body!6. π² Personal Challenge - This one is totally open-ended. Each 2-week round, you can pick one more daily habit you want to build! Some popular choices are meditating π§π»βοΈ , journaling βοΈ , spending 20 minutes cleaning π§ΉItβs up to you!7. β₯οΈ Love - Anything love related. How about one small romantic gesture for your partner ππΌβοΈ, calling your mum every day βοΈ, your favorite positive affirmations to boost your confidence π, some swiping on Tinder π₯°. It's all good...
