The Habits Game is a competition where YOU get to write the rules! Players set their own personal daily targets for 7 different categories and then check the targets off as they knock them out and crush their day (go you! πŸ’―). Players compete in teams of two to see which team can tally up the most points over a 2 week stretch! πŸ†

1. πŸ›Œ Sleep - Typically people pick an β€œin bed” time and an β€œout of bed” time as the target.2. 🎯 Planning your day - Some people like to use a paper planner, some people just like to set a timer βŒ› and look at their schedule. It’s up to you!3. πŸš‚ Main Priority - For this category, you’re devoting up to 100 minutes on some project or piece of work. This can be something for your main job, like studying new research πŸ§‘πŸ»πŸŽ“ , or maybe a side hustle or side project, like writing a book! πŸ“– You can of course spend more than 100 minutes on this per day but you only get scored for the first 100 minutes!4. πŸ’ͺ🏾 Exercise - Want to hit the gym more often? Or start a running habit? πŸƒπŸ»β™€οΈ This is the way to do it! Make this work for you and remember to start small if you need to! 🐒 > πŸ‡5. πŸ₯— Nutrition - Some people aim for β€œone salad a day”, others set a calorie max, it’s up to you how you want to be good to your body!6. 🎲 Personal Challenge - This one is totally open-ended. Each 2-week round, you can pick one more daily habit you want to build!
